1. Most departments that are posted on this site may be reserved for a minimum stay of 1 week. But some departments have a minimum period greater or less, depending on the case.

2. The maximum stay is 6 months, according to the applicable legislation in force, with the possibility of renewing for another 6 months. However, this possibility is subject to availability.

3. You must enter the contact section within the department and complete the registration form. We will respond on the next 24 hs with your confirmation

4. You can pay in cash in our office, Western Union and Paypal  (Western Union fees may apply)

5. You pay 20% of the total value of stay.

6. At check-in when you sign the lease.

7. Yes, All taxes are included.

8. Yes, you pay a security deposit:
a) If you stay 2 weeks or less: The price of 1 week.
b) If the stay  between 2 weeks to a month: The price of two weeks.
c ) If the stay is a month: The price of 2 weeks.
d) If the stay is longer than a month: The equivalent of one month’s.

9. Hours are negotiable between you and the owner.

10. A representative of Solution Apartment will be on the apartment on the day and time agreed to give you the keys and sign the contract. Sometimes the the owner can be present to welcome you and explain the operation of the apartment.

11. You meet with the owner of the apartment or a representative of Solution Aprtment on the date and time agreed. At that time the owner will return the deposit and you will be given the keys to the property.

12. When cleaning is included, the personnel is hired by the property owner. Typically, departments including housekeeping, include it as often as once a week. Cleaning supplies and service are provided by the owner. The cleaning service does not include changing and washing of linen unless otherwise specified. 14. You must pay for the broken furniture or any damage to the apartment.

15. You can contact us at any time during your stay so we can assist you.

16. Most of the departments included on this site have any of the following phone systems:
a) Pre-paid: a telephone line that works with credits to be added to the phone line. In those cases you can buy pre-paid telephone cards and include the line a certain amount of credits to use during your stay.
b) Control: a telephone line operating at a limited number of credits paid by the owner on a monthly basis. In these cases it is likely that you already have some credits to reach the property. Once those credits are gone, to continue talking, you need to add more credits to the line that is done the same way as in the pre-paid lines.

17. Apartment Solution does not charge administrative costs to perform the operation. The prices shown on each apartment are the final price you have to pay.
